I'm a certified DISC Profile Analyst but sadly had been using the DISC as a placing glance with my clients. Now that I've shifted to it being the #1 thing we do aside from goals assessment it has revolutionized not only my marketing verbiage but even services have been revamped. After sifting through more than 15 reports and clients I've learned that I naturally attract Contemplative types which is my highest trait (with Supportive being in a very close 2nd by 3% off).
To put it simply, the DISC has revolutionized my business and decision making which ultimately leads to improved communication with prospects and my clients for a higher quality customer service experience. We "get each other" now.
It's really a responsibility to take seriously when you think about it. Like...I have the training and experience and now the data...how can I NOT make this concerted effort to communicate more effectively to others? Help the right people, redirect the wrong people to somewhere more beneficial to them. I.E. win:win!

Clifton! Thanks for the excellent comment.
Isn’t it interesting when you start really dissecting your client base?
You realize who you attract, why they value you specifically, and can flip it into a more focused approach.
I’m glad you figured this out. And you used something that was there all along!
Such a great story. I’d love to connect and learn more. Thank you for sharing!

Hey Clifton! You're right. Once we know something, we have to act, right? Especially if it's for the benefit of others.
